Airlines nowadays want to be more involved in training and grooming of their Pilots right from the first stage to type rating. They directly recruit their candidates in their company as Trainee First Officers. They select candidates with no flying experience. Candidates only need to clear a 3 staged exam.
The only down side to this is the cost training which is approximately 2.5 times the cost of doing the CPL.
Cadet program consist of 3 Stages:-
1. Written Exam
Special Preparatory classes for Airline Cadet Written Program like indigo Jet Airways etc. are provided at GLOBAL AVIATION ACADEMY by our experienced faculty.
2. CASS Training (any other computer based training required)
After written exam a student need to pass his/her CASS assessment
GLOBAL AVIATION ACADEMY CASS Simulator training.3. Group Discussion and Personal Interview
Cass training is followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview
